The West Greenville Arts Festival is to deliver a signature event again this second annual event that showcases local visual artists and highlights the Pendleton Street Arts District (PSAD) in West Greenville. This event is unique in that it focuses on our region’s extensive visual arts talent. The festival will have 50 visual art vendors, at least 5 musical acts, family friendly children’s area and food available for attendees to enjoy. The West Greenville Arts Festival will include the participation of at least 25 businesses in the Pendleton Street Arts District.
To ensure that Greenville has a prominent arts festival in the fall, the event is scheduled for September 18 and 19, 2010. Festival activities will be centered at the intersection of Pendleton and Smith Streets in the heart of West Greenville and extend four blocks to include the area ’s businesses, galleries and studios.

Outdoor Exhibiting Advice Exchange
On Wednesday, August 25th at 7:00, UVA invites all participating booth artists in the West Greenville Arts Festival 2010 and UVA members to come join us for the evening to exchange advice about exhibiting artwork outdoors. This will be a great opportunity for seasoned festival artists, artists new to exhibiting amongst the elements, and member who maybe thinking about participating in festivals in the future to gain insightinto what to expect (and how to expect for the unexpected) for this year's 2nd annual WGAF.
