The UVA Annual Holiday Gallery, a juried show, exhibit, and holiday party, is Greenville's largest fine art exhibit of the season. The Holiday Exhibit is a prime venue for artists to sell their work to Holiday shoppers, and for Holiday shoppers to find a special, one-of-a-kind gift. The Holiday Gallery and Juried Exhibition kicks off with a reception and awards ceremony and continues on display Monday through Friday at the Upstate Visual Arts Gallery at 701 Pendleton St. in Greenville. The Gallery is open from 10 a.m.–12 p.m. and 1–5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
The Holiday Gallery is open to all UVA members.

A non-refundable fee of ten dollars for each entry, two entry maximum, is to be submitted upon delivery of work to UVA. You must be a member of UVA to exhibit, but membership is open to all. You can enclose a separate check for membership dues with your registration. Make checks payable to Upstate Visual Arts.

Work must be hand-delivered by the submitting artist, Saturday, November 18, 10 a.m. –2 p.m. at UVA - 701 Pendleton Street in Greenville. In the event the submitting artist is unable to personally deliver the work, his/her designee must sign as the designee for the artist, and name the artist.
All work entered into the exhibit shall be:
No reproductions or work produced with commercial kits, molds, patterns, plans, prefabricated forms, or other commercial methods will be accepted. Work produced under the direct supervision of an instructor is not eligible. Photography and computer generated artwork must be of original concept and content. UVA has the right to reject any submission of any art work or any artist at any show or juried exhibition. The decision of UVA or its advisory committee is final.
Framing: All works must be professionally framed and securely wired, and if subject to damage, must be framed under glass or Plexiglas. No saw-toothed hangers or clip mounting will be accepted. 3D size limit: no greater than 15" × 15" × 15", must be free standing or mounted to be free standing ; 2D size limit: no greater than 28" × 28"
Artists may submit up to two pieces of work, framed (no clips) and wired for hanging with braided wire. No sawtoothed hangers.
Stained glass: not larger than 18" × 24", under 12 lbs. and able to be hung safely on the wall. Labels must be placed securely on the upper right back of work.
Freestanding works are displayed on pedestals which are provided and cannot exceed 40 lbs. and may not require special installation. Jewelry makers must provide a lockable case to sit on a pedestal.
We encourage all works to be for sale. 30% of the price will be donated to UVA.
All work must be picked up at UVA January 15-18 during business hours. Artwork cannot be left after the scheduled pick up time.
